Do I really need a mouthguard?
For contact sports like boxing, hockey, football and basketball you prevent a lot of damage to teeth and jaw.
How long does a mouthguard last?
With good care two to three years on average. We check it during the yearly visit.
Can I still drink with it in?
Water is fine, for sports drinks briefly take it out and rinse your mouth after.
What if I lose a tooth while playing?
Store the tooth in milk or saliva and call us right away. Acting fast is crucial.
